Brew Method:

  • Pour-Over Brew:
    • This easy brewing method results in a cup of coffee exactly to your taste. By allowing you complete control from the bloom to the speed of your pour, this method extracts delicate yet complex flavor from your favorite grind.
    • There are several styles of Pour-Over brewers from flat bottom to cone-shaped in the marketplace. We encourage you to use the style that best meets your flavor and functional preferences.
    • The Pour-Over method is perfect for balanced body brews and small batch sizes. Brew time averages 4 minutes.
  • Hourglass Brew:
    • The Hourglass brew method is a versatile way to brew pour-over coffee in small to large size batches. By maintaining a consistent flow in your water pour, this brew method can bring out the unique flavor characteristics in each coffee.
    • The Hourglass method is perfect for balanced body brews and medium batch sizes. Brew time averages 4-6 minutes.
  • French Press Brew:
    • Brewing with the traditional French Press method is easy. The technique is simple: brew, stir, plunge and enjoy.
    • It makes delicious coffee, perfect for heavy-bodied brews. Batch size varies from small to large.
    • Average brew time is just four minutes.
  • Immersion Brew:
    • The Immersion brew method combines the Pour-Over and French Press techniques. It produces single serving brews with well-balanced and dynamic flavor profiles.
    • A paper filter is used in this method to provide a clean texture and body. The open/close sliding switch you will dispense coffee based on your desired brew strength.
    • The Immersion method is perfect for heavy bodied brews and small batch sizes. Brew time average is 4 minutes.
