Shipping cost is calculated on a per weight basis and is automatically applied on the check-out form. We only ship with UPS at this time. We ship from our store in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

 

Generally shipping is free for orders over $ 250.00.

 

Some larger items may include free shipping and are usually indicated as such. However, you may still be charged duty, local taxes and customs brokerage by the courier companies for items that are shipped accross the border, even though the item is marked Free Shipping or you were charged a shipping fee.

 

Certain locations, such as the northern Territories are excluded from free shipping.

 

Flavoured Syrups and Sauces are excluded from the above Free Shipping offer.

 

Presently we do not offer the option of selecting different courier companies. We take advantage of bulk rates with our current courier companies to pass the savings along to our customers.

 

If you identify unreasonably high shipping costs, please email us before you submit your order so we can review them, thank you.

 

 

Once your order has been processed (you'll receive a confirmation email), login to your account. Click on "order history", find your order and then click on "TRACK IT" on the top left area of the Invoice.

 

Holiday Policies

For purchases between November 15. and December 24 we will extend the return due date to January 11. You must indicate your intent of returning goods no later then December 28

For Late Shoppers

Please note that none of the shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator and XpressPost will guarantee on-time delivery during the Holiday Season. Place your order by December 18 Noon EST to make sure your shipment arrives in time. If you're a last minute shopper and want to order after December 18, please call us about rush order charges.
