Do I have to create an account to collect points?

• Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and spend, we need for you to have an account. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your personal information.
• You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points.

How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?

• Log into your account
• Add items to your cart
• Upon checkout, select "Pay with Points" payment method.
• Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order
• Click "Submit Order"
• If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method.

How do I know how many points I have earned per order?

• Log into your account.
• Click on "Orders History".
• Upper right corner in the "Your Cart" section the total number of points will be display always if logged-in.
• Select which order you want to look up.
• There you will see the Points Earned for this Order and any Points Applied for a discount.
• Points are added to your account once the order has been approved and processed.

• You must be a customer with at least one completed order.
• In order to refer a friend, you must be logged into your account.
• When you refer a friend you will receive a discount of 5% towards one future purchases.
• Your friend will receive a welcome discount of 5% on his first purchase valid for 30 days after referral.

Purpose of Reward Points.

• A way for Espresso Planet to provide our customers with an incentive for future purchases at a lower price.
• If you return any items for a REFUND the proper amount of reward points will be deducted from your total reward points.
• The points you earn do not have any cash value and they can only be used at Espresso Planet.
• The points you earn CAN NOT be exchanged for any kind of currency or legal tender of the country our customer is from.
• Reward points CAN NOT be transfered from one customer account to another customer's account.
