Shipping Information

Take advantage of our free shipping with Canada Post for orders over $20.00 within Canada.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated on a per weight basis and is automatically applied on the check-out form. We only ship with UPS or Canada Post at this time. We ship from our store in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
NOTE: USA customers do not qualify for the free shipping option offered if $20 or more is spent.
Generally shipping is free for orders over $ 20.00 within Canada.

* NOTE: Signature is only required on orders over $500, all purchases below $500 will not require a signature unless the customer has requested a signature in the customer note section when submitting your online order. *
Some larger items may include free shipping and are usually indicated as such. However, you may still be charged duty, local taxes and customs brokerage by the courier companies for items that are shipped across the border into the USA, even though the item is marked Free Shipping or you were charged a shipping fee. ( USA customers do not qualify for free shipping.)
Certain locations, such as the Northern Territories, Yukon, Labrador, Nunavut  may be excluded from free shipping.
*Flavoured Syrups, Sauces and other heavy items are excluded from the above Free Shipping offer.*

If free shipping is available for your destination and products you ordered, it will be indicated as such. Make sure you select the shipping method that is indicated as free, usually this will be with Canada Post.

During check out you may not see the shipping options. Click on "Display Shipping" as shown below:

You should then be presented with free shipping options if available:

Estimate Shipping Cost
You don't need to create an account to find out shipping charges.
Add your products to the cart and then click on "Checkout".
You only need to provide your City and Postal Code and you will be given several shipping methods including cost.

If you identify unreasonably high shipping costs, please email us before you submit your order so we can review them, thank you.
Order Processing Times - Shipping
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can release shipment for processed credit card orders. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main warehouse located in Mississauga. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

Shipping operates, MON-FRI 9am-5pm - We strive to process your order as soon as possible between 1-3 business days. When shipping is backlogged your order usually get processed and shipped between 48-72hours (2-3days). When shipping is not backlogged, your order usually ships with in 1-2 business day. Once your order has been shipped and picked up by the couriers, tracking information will automatically be sent to you to the email address provided on the order.

Orders that arrive after 9am will ship the next day, even if they are marked as express shipping.
Please call us after you placed a rush order so we can attend to processing the order immediately.
Please Note: some orders placed friday may be processed and shipped the following monday.
Generally orders are picked up around 3-4pm MON-FRI. We have no control over the exact cut-off time for same day shipments.
Track your shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a "status completed" confirmation email with a tracking number which is sent automatically to the email provided with the order.
If you registered an account, login to your account. Click on "order history", find your order and locate the "Tracking Number" in the header of the receipt.

If nothing else is specified on your order instructions, we will ship with either Canada Post or UPS expedited service level and the general transit times are:

Once we hand over your order to the selected courier company from our shipping dock, we have no control over transit times. Please check the terms and conditions of UPS and Canada Post at:



In the event of transit delays or lost packages, we will try to help you in the claims process with UPS or Canada Post. Please contact us ASAP. We will only issue a full refund for your order once we receive a confirmation that the claim has been approved by UPS or Canada Post.

If you registered an account, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Holiday Policies
For purchases between November 15. and December 23 we will extend the return due date to January 11.
You must indicate your intent of returning goods no later then December 28

Holiday Shipping
Orders placed after DEC-22 1pm EST and before DEC-29 1pm EST will be picked up by UPS or Canada Post on DEC-29 evening.
Orders placed by DEC-30 1pm EST will be shipped DEC-30 evening.
After that, no shipping till Jan-03 when we resume normal business hours.

For Late Shoppers during Holiday Season
Please note that none of the shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator and XpressPost will guarantee on-time delivery during the Holiday Season. Place your order by December 18 Noon EST to make sure your shipment arrives in time.
If you're a last minute shopper and want to order after December 15, please select a faster shipping method during the check out. We cannot guarantee out of province orders will arrive before Christmas.
