Monin Frosted Mint Syrup

Frosted Mint is a refreshing flavoring which features the all natural aroma and taste of spearmint.  Its versatility makes it ideal in several gourmet beverages including lattes, mochas, flavored coffee, smoothies, lemonades and hot chocolate.

Frosted Spice Latte

1 Shot Espresso
1/2 oz. Monin Frosted Mint
1/2 oz. Monin Cinnamon
6 oz. Steamed Milk

Add espresso to cup. Stir in Monin Frosted Mint and Monin Cinnamon. Fill with steamed milk and stir. Top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon.

Frosted Mint Mocha

1 Shot Espresso
1/2 oz. Monin Frosted Mint
1/2 oz. Chocolate Sauce
6 oz. Steamed Milk

Add espresso to cup. Stir in Monin Frosted Mint and chocolate sauce. Fill with steamed milk and stir. Garnish with shaved chocolate and a peppermint stick.

Mint Cocoa Dream

1 oz. Monin Frosted Mint
8 oz. Steamed Hot Cocoa

Combine Monin Frosted Mint and hot cocoa. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
