Retail Sales & E-Commerce Associate
Location: Mississauga, Ontario

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail and CommercialSales & E-Commerce Associate to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer service, coffee, retail sales, e-commerce and digital marketing.
You will work with customers in our showroom while also contributing to the online shopping experience through Shopify, product merchandising, content and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail & Customer Experience

Welcome and assist customers in our espresso showroom

Learn and demonstrate espresso machines, grinders and coffee equipment

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products

Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic product demonstrations

Assist with showroom displays and merchandising

Process sales and support customers throughout the purchasing process
Coffee & Barista

Prepare espresso-based beverages

Demonstrate espresso machines and grinders

Understand espresso extraction, milk steaming and beverage preparation

Develop strong product and coffee knowledge

Participate in customer coffee demonstrations and educational experiences
Shopify & E-Commerce

Manage and update products in Shopify

Upload product information, images and specifications

Create and maintain product collections

Improve product merchandising and online presentation

Assist with online promotions and campaigns

Maintain accurate product information and pricing

Help improve the customer journey throughout the website
Marketing

Assist with promotional campaigns

Support email marketing initiatives

Help develop website content

Assist with product launches and seasonal promotions

Monitor campaign performance and analytics
