The New Rancilio Specialty Shown at SCA Seattle

Visitors were able to try out the independently programmable micro-boilers of Rancilio Speciality and find out how the machine dispenses coffee with consistently high values in terms of in-cup quality and thermal stability.

However, the real strength of this new product line developed by the Rancilio Group R&D team, in collaboration with a team of experts operating in the coffee industry, not only lies in its capacity to enhance the quality of coffee but also depends on the fact that it offers baristas a tool with which they can give full vent to their creativity.
