The Mazzer Robur Gets an Upgrade with the Robur S
Mazzer, the classic Italian company, known for decades to make some of the most beloved and celebrated coffee grinders of all time, have revisited their Robur model and made some impressive improvements.
With the Robur S (the Robur's new moniker) Mazzer has designed the perfect grinder for modern high-volume cafe use. taking what was great about the Robur and bringing it into the ever developing new coffee world.
What's New?
- Dose consistency has been massively improved. Better grind uniformity and better dose accuracy means less time grinding and less waste.
- 52% less grind retention. This means you get to use way more of the beans you put in. No more wasted grounds stuck in the grind chamber, and this translates to a savings on beans. This also means you purge less when adjusting grind settings and you have fresher grounds.
- High speed grinding. Grind 5g of coffee per without the fear of over heating, thanks to a double fan cooling system. This maintains neutral temperature environment for the grinds, ensuring the best aroma possible.
- Memory Track stepless mircometrical grind adjustment. Index different grind settings by turning and locking in.

- Easy burr and grind chamber access. Change burrs and clean quickly and easily, so less time is spent closing the grinder or changing beans.

Digital control panel. Manage the settings, dosage, countdowns for stocking, stats and alerts for maintenance + lots more cool features.
- Wifi Connectivity. Access the grinder data remotely for stats and service. A Robur S app is currently in the works.
- Pre-Tap Pause. Programmable pause allows you to settle grounds and the continue to grind to maximize grounds usage and reduce waste.
