More Sustainable Mornings with Compostable Nespresso Compatible Capsules from Löfbergs

This is a major change in a more environmentally conscious direction. Instead of tossing your used capsules in the trash, or even the recycling, they can go straight into the compost. They will decompose along with all of your fruits and veggies, just like how used coffee grinds would! We at Espresso Planet have tested the capsules out for compatibility with Nespresso machines and they work just as any capsule would; there’s not even a functional downside! Now you can have the ease of a capsule, with the minimal environmental impact of ground coffee.
Löfbergs goes even 1 step further than just providing compostable capsules. They use organic beans and only buy their beans from certified farms, which helps maintain practices that are better for the environment and better ensures the livelihoods of the farmers and their community. They also participate in the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Disclosure, where they show the benefits of conscious growing and roasting.
