Nespresso Year End Promotion 2012
Offer: $75 Club credit to your Nespresso Club account with the purchase of any Nespresso machine

The Nespresso Club credit will be applied to the Nespresso Club account and can be used in Nespresso Boutiques within Canada or through the Nespresso Canada Club.
1. Eligibility
Applicants must submit:
• The completed online form
• A copy of the original proof of purchase of a Nespresso coffee machine purchased between November 2, 2012 and January 13, 2013
• The 19 digits serial number sticker, which can be found on the bottom or drip tray of your Nespresso machine
• The UPC bar code that can be found on the box
• A completed promotion application to be found on the website

Offer is valid on any Nespresso coffee machine purchased from Espresso Planet, between November 2, 2012 and January 13, 2013.
• Only complete applications received by February 13, 2013 at the latest will be eligible.
• Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent documents will be considered as void.
• Nespresso is not responsible for any late application or application lost in the mail.
• After validation, a Club credit will be applied to your Nespresso account up to four weeks after receipt of the application.
2. Offer restrictions
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso retailer promotion, offer or discount.
• This offer excludes Nespresso Business Solutions coffee machines and employee discount.
• The Club credit is not redeemable in store.
• Nespresso products are subject to availability.
• Valid for residents of Canada only.
