Planet Rewards are the best way to save on all of your Espresso Planet purchases!

Earn approximately 5% in rewards for every purchase in our online store. Good to apply towards a full or partial payment of future purchases. This is our way of saying thank you to our repeat customers!

So if you spend $200 at our store, you will get $10.00 off your next order!
                
Reward points cannot be used to pay for shipping or taxes. So, make sure your order total is higher then the FREE SHIPPING minimum threshold.
                
How do I know how many points I have? 
                
Log into your account 
                
Click on  the "Planet Rewards" banner in the top or on the widget if visible or:

Click on the "Rewards" tab to see a list of available and redeemed rewards
            
Do I have to create an account to collect points?
            
Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and spend, we need for you to have an account. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your personal information. 

You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points during checkout.         
How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?
            
Log into your account after making a previous purchase at Espresso Planet (cannot check out as a guest)

Add items to your cart

Before checkout, Click on  the "Planet Rewards" banner in the top or on the widget if visible or:

Click on Cash Discounts to convert your points into a discount coupon which will be automatically applied to your cart during checkout.          

Enter the amount of points you want to convert to this order.

If you reduce your cart amount below the FREE SHIPPING threshold, you'll see shipping charges being applied

How do I know how many points I have earned per order?
            
Log into your account.

Click on "My Account" top right hand area.            

Click on the "Rewards" tab to see your available rewards.        
            
Please note:
                     
If you return any items for a REFUND the proper amount of reward points will be deducted from your total reward points.            
The points you earn do not have any cash value and they can only be used at Espresso Planet.            
The points you earn CANNOT be exchanged for any kind of currency or legal tender of the country our customer is from.            
Reward points CANNOT be transferred from one customer account to another customer's account.            
The Reward points policies are subject to change at any time.            
Planet Rewards is our new name for the same great rewards system our customers know and love! Nothing has changed about the system at - just the name! All existing points are safe in your account.
