Is coffee helpful or harmful

Most consumers don't realize that coffee is a fruit. As such, coffee is our number one source of antioxidants, surpassing even leafy greens.

Many studies have shown that caffeine in coffee can reduce the risk of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.

Health Canada recommends a maximum of 300 mg of caffeine per day for pregnant women, two 8oz. cups.
