Baratza Forte AP and BG Commercial Grinders arrived in Canada!

We received our shipment of the new Baratza Forte grinders. We got both the AP (All Purpose with Ceramic burrs) and the BG (brew grinder with metal burrs).

Wow, these guys are heavy! They are almost entirely made out of metal and feel very solid and stable on the counter. They stay put, don't move and perform flawlessly.

Our personal favourite is how amazing the BG model is at medium to coarse grinds for french press and pour over methods! Easy, repeatable, weighable grinding - PERFECT for the cafe. This should put some ease and consistancy into your new brew bar.

For under a thousand dollars, the new Forte is certainly going to be very popular for the cafe and the AP version should also be a hit.
