Imagine your trying to brew the perfect cup of coffee on your chemex... or your trying to brew the perfect cup of tea using black, white or green!? How can you be sure your temperature is perfect? You can't... unless you have this kettle. It also incorporates our favorite feature which is the "hold" feature. Once you reach your desired temperature, simply press the "hold" button. When you remove your kettle to dispense your pre-infusion or bloom water, when you place the kettle back on the base you can press the power button which will bring the water back up to the desired temperature and "hold" it as desired! This is perfect for the coffee geek or tea sommelier!
