MONIN FAQ

WHY IS THERE A RING, SEDIMENT OR FLOATING PARTICLES ON THE INSIDE OF FLAVOURED FRUIT SYRUP BOTTLE?

Question Category: Troubleshooting

Occasionally, floating sediment or separation may occur in certain products. This is due to the natural extract, oils or juices contained in the flavoring ingredients. The particulate may float to the top, settle to the bottom or be suspended within the liquid. This type of accumulation is often expected, harmless and commonly found in beverages that contain juice or flavor extracts. This commonly occurs in our Vanilla Syrup. We can assure you that the product is safe for consumption. Please shake the bottle and the particles should mostly dissolve.

We hope that you will find this information helpful.
