What is Pressure Brewed Coffee:
It is regular black coffee brewed under
High Pressure.
It is brewed similarly like an espresso.

P ressure B rew A roma S ystem:
Use a regular espresso machine.
Use a medium to light roast coffee blend
(may add some robusta).
Grind coffee medium to fine.
Brew 6 oz. of coffee into a cup.

How does Pressure Brewed Coffee Look Like:
If brewed right, it is crowned with a gold colored froth, also referred to as crèma, preserving the full aroma of the freshly brewed coffee.

What is Pressure Brewing ?

 

Hot water is forced through the coffee grinds inside a confined brewing chamber (cylinder) under high pressure.

  Piston
  Cylinder
  Ground Coffee
  Micro Filter (Screen)
  Coffee Spout

      

 

 

The end result is the unmistakable aroma of fresh brewed coffee.

Each cup is crowned with gold coloured froth, called crema, preserving the full aroma for you to explore.

Pressure brewed coffee contains less caffeine and practically no tannin.
