Ruby on Maintaining Stove Top Espresso Makers
Hi,
I have a stainless steel one. I noticed a spot with rust looking around the edge at the bottom. At first I thought it’s just coffee stain but after a week or two of not using the spots developed. The bottom edge is an awkward spot to clean and dry properly. What’s the best way to remove the rust? Thanks!

I have an Ilsa stovetop and the gasket around the filter plate is really dry and cracked...can it be removed and replaced?

Susan on Maintaining Stove Top Espresso Makers
I washed my stovetop espresso maker with dish detergent! (Once.) Have I ruined it?

Rachel on Troubleshooting Semi Automatic Espresso Machines
Hi, I just bought one of the lower priced double shot espresso machines, and it doesn't seem to make much foam on top the espresso. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, or if this is just how the machine is. My old machine (a different brand) had lots of foam on the top.

Our pot was in the dishwasher and now the gray color cannot be eliminated even with repeated paper towel rubbing. Is this Al oxide? Is it harmful? Should I worry about it?

Dave on How do you use cleaning tablets?
Hi, I have a Saeco Giro - no pre-ground hole as coffeemaker not equipped. I have some leftover tablets from my last super-automatic. Is there anyway to use them in the Giro?

Awesome! I Love Coffee!

Kathy on Stove Top Espresso Maker Instructions Manual
Do you have instructions for Graziella for cappuccino steamer for milk.
I've lost mine over the years and we normally use it in the RV with my cooktop espresso maker.
Thx

Great products, good prices and fantastic service. My orders have been shipped promptly with no delays or problems. Very happy customer!

Excellent Instructions!
Nespresso's are like watching a dumb-show, or a foreign language film without subtitles - hopeless!

Dr Richard G on Nespresso Cleaning and Descaling Instructions
If you have a VERY short memory, these directions are perfect. I followed them all and my Nespresso is sparkling! The coffee flows much more quickly, especially the Ristretto, which is clearly stronger.

Sheilagh on Stove Top Espresso Maker Instructions Manual
The steam is shooting out of the gasket on the lower part and it's making a high pitch squeal.

What do I do?

Jeroen on Grinder Blocked Troubles
useful info, grinder on my Saeco Intuita got stuck,
as it turned out a small stone (or toasted coffee bean pod?) had wedged itself down the hopper spiral.
Luckily got it out without further damage by gently turning spiral by hand in return direction.

Larry on Dairy Alternatives - Soy, Almond, Coconut, Hazelnut, Cashew
Flax milk with pea protein added, you'll never want anything else. Regular flax milk is also delicious but only the one with the pea protein will foam nicely, no foam at all with regular.

Pierre on Grinder Blocked Troubles
Since I use oily dark beans, the grinder gets clogged often if its not cleaned regularly. I use a small handful of beans at the coarse setting, grind away then adjust the grinder to my normal setting, let the first seconds of first coffee grind go the compost way with the ground cleaning beans. Voila !
