There was a mismatch on my first online order at Espresso Planet and I ended up receiving someone else's order. However Espresso Planet's staff sorted it out quickly and emailed me even before I got the package. Mistakes happen, no big deal to me, but my surprise was when I finally got my order and saw that they apologized again for the wrong shipment and credited the amount 100% so I basically got my order for free!! Wow, as a first shopping experience I was totally impressed! So they DO care about their customers!

I was so impressed with Espresso Planet when I went for the first time today. My Breville espresso machine would not build pressure. I thought the pump was broken. Much to my surprise I was told it was probably the grind of my coffee. Sure enough it was. They were so helpful I’m thrilled to have my machine working again. The store is wonderful. Ordered parts in error. They were able to stop the order and instantly credited my account.
Placed a second order but parts did not solve the problem. They took the parts back and issued a credit immediately. I have rarely seen a company so dedicated to customer satisfaction in such an expediant manner. Top marks in all. categories!! They make it easy to do business with them.
