While I was certain of what equipment I wanted to purchase, the Rancilio Silva MV and a Rancilio Rocky grinder, I wanted to look at a number of options including automatic machines to compare. Our sales associate directed my wife and I to several machines and walked through the features and pros / cons on each of them.

When we finally decided on the Rancilio Silva, out sales associate got us fully equipped with the machinery and accessories. Espresso Planet offers a start up package with some of their espresso makers, which was a great added value. She told us how to use and maintain the espresso and grinder machines.
