Impressive welded stainless steel construction (no fasteners) and NO plastic. Mesh filter which unscrews for cleaning. Very easy to use. Although double wall insulated, do not expect this to keep coffee hot for hours. Large coffee mugs are 10-12oz so if you want 2 mugfuls, buy the 23oz version.
