What kinds of beverages can I make using this machine?

Using just 3 buttons you can make Espresso, Lungo and many milk drinks like Cappuccino, Latte, and Macchiato. These milk drinks use the milk button. The markings on the milk jug indicate the quantity of milk needed for a perfect Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato. All the coffee beverages are preprogrammed but can be reprogrammed to fit one’s taste.

How do I reprogram the coffee to the volume I desire? What is the maximum volume that can be programmed?

Coffee volume programing with the machine is very easy. Simply touch and hold the Espresso or Lungo button for at least 3 seconds to enter the programming mode. The machine begins brewing and the button blinks fast (this is programming mode). Release the button when your desired volume is reached. Coffee volume can be programmed from 25 to 150 ml.

How do I prepare a Latte Macchiato with the machine?

The Lattissima One machine is equipped with a single-serve system, all the milk in the jug is used for the coffee&milk drink. 2 marks on the milk jug indicate the quantity of milk needed for a perfect Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato. To prepare a Latte Macchiato, just fill the milk jug up to the second mark, insert a capsule and press the “milk” button. The machine will then froth the milk automatically into the cup and brew a coffee for a perfect Latte Macchiato.

What is the black window in the front of the machine?

The black window is a sensor that detects the remaining quantity of milk in the jug. The sensor allows the machine to automatically stop the milk frothing process when the milk jug is empty. 

Is the milk carafe dishwasher safe?

The milk jug is composed of 5 parts and can be easily disassembled and cleaned in the dishwasher.

Is it possible to preselect a beverage during the heat up time?

Yes, press any of the 3 buttons and the beverage will be prepared automatically when machine is ready!
