Order Processing / Customer Service Job Opportunity

Responsibilities :

  • Following up on orders, back orders, inventory
  • Processing online and phone orders and returns
  • Assisting the Sales team in a variety of duties
  • Ensuring that returns, claims, and pricing discrepancies are handled in a timely manner
  • Performing stock checks
  • Upkeep of our ecommerce website
  • Ensuring orders are entered accurately and in a timely manner
  • Answering customers' inquiries such as complaints, order status, pricing via email, phone and in our show room
  • Picking, packing and shipping products
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Communicating with freight forwarders and courier companies
  • Warehousing and Inventory logistics
  • Executing other duties as required

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in an order entry, inside sales, retail, and customer service environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email
  • Effective problem-solving skills, deadline-oriented, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated with high level of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Fluent, clear command of English language in order to communicate with customers over the phone, through email and in person
