Field service technician for our commercial espresso machine devision. Field repair and PM of super automatic espresso machines. In-House service technician for retail appliances such as espresso machines, grinders, etc.

Are you able to help customers over the phone to troubleshoot common equipment problems.

Are you able to help customers in the store. Explain the difference between products and services.

Are you fluent in English (written and verbal)

Are you experienced in order processing via phone, catalogue, mail, on-line. Including order picking, processing credit cards, packing, shipping, tracking

Working in sales requires some math skills including NET margins and percentage.

Have you done inventory control including reordering spare parts and products including restocking shelves.

Have you done some office secretarial work like writing letters, emails, sending faxes, ordering supplies etc

Have you had exposure to customer disputes and been able to resolve them?

We are selling electrical appliances (espresso machines). Are you comfortable learning how equipment works, how to program them, read manuals and learn the functionality on your own. Once you understand the equipment, do you believe you can sell your knowledge to customers?

Have you used any accounting software ?

Are you experienced in using graphics software such as photoshop, Corell or others ?

Understanding electrical schematics

Expertise in plumbing

Understanding and following technical documentation

Experience with motors, solenoids, valves, transformers, heaters, boilers etc.

Experience with 110/220 volt circuits

Experience with 24/36 volt AC and DC circuits

Experience with field service

Experience with in-house service and support
