While I was certain of what equipment I wanted to purchase, the Rancilio Silva MV and a Rancilio Rocky grinder, I wanted to look at a number of options including automatic machines to compare. Our sales associate directed my wife and I to several machines and walked through the features and pros / cons on each of them.

When we finally decided on the Rancilio Silva, out sales associate got us fully equipped with the machinery and accessories. Espresso Planet offers a start up package with some of their espresso makers, which was a great added value. She told us how to use and maintain the espresso and grinder machines. My wife and I were very pleased with both the service and the equipment we purchased. They also roast and sell their own coffee, which we have sampled and absolutely love! I am very happy with my purchase as well as the purchasing experience.

I highly recommend Espresso Planet to anyone buying an espresso machine or any other types of coffee making equipment. I travelled all the way from Whitby just to purchase the machine there. It was time and effort well spent.

I placed an order and when reviewing my receipt I discovered I had made an error and ordered a similar but different item than I was intending to purchase. I contacted Espresso Planet and advised them of my mistake. I was fully expecting to have to cancel and reorder.
