Now, the V3 ships usually with the 3 hole nozzle. But not necessary. Does it matter ? Not really. It's more important to use a nozzle you're used to.
There are so many nozzle designs out there and everyone has a different opinion about it.
Every nozzle design requires its own steaming technique.
So when you buy the Rancilio Silvia, ask about the current nozzle design and let us know if you want it changed.
