You will not be able to track your order if you have not registered an account.
Once you place your order, you may receive an email order notification with the following status indication: Order status: Queued
This means the order will be reviewed by our staff.
If the order status changes to Processed, we are processing you order.
Within 2 business days, you should receive another email order notification indicating the order has been Completed. This email will contain the tracking number and tracking link.
Alternatively, once your order has been completed, you can also login to your account.
Click on "My Account" (top RH corner), then on the "Order History" tab. Locate your order. You will find the tracking number in the header of the invoice copy. The tracking number is for either Canada Post or UPS, pending on the shipping methode which is also visible in the invoice header.
