Single serve coffee machines are growing in popularity. They offer one cup at a time brewing with no mess and no fuss. There are many systems available today and selecting one can be confusing. Note the difference between Coffee Capsule Systems (mainly for coffee), E.S.E. systems (for Espresso) and proprietary systems such as the Keurig, Tassimo, Nespresso and Caffitaly. Some are better suited for Espresso and others for Coffee.
We currently have these systems available:

FrancisFrancis! has a new capsule system that will launch in Canada in spring of 2009 for their new X7 and X8 machines with their own proprietary capsules. This system is currently only available in the U.S.
When deciding which single serve coffee maker to choose consider that some systems use a proprietary system such as the Tassimo and others are more generic and compatible with other systems such as the E.S.E. Unlike espresso pods, there is no industry standard when it comes to single serve coffee capsules. Make sure to check compatibility between the coffee capsules and the single serve coffee maker.
The quality of the coffee depends on many factors. We recommend you read the large amount of reviews available on the internet.
