Cristoforo Colombo is a popular blend roasted by Caffee New York in Itally mainly for export.
Chocolatey undertones make this coffee a delectable treat
It was in the early 1930s that Signor Ugo Incerpi, owner of the Bar New York, bought a coffee roasting machine, in order to be able to offer something special to the sophisticated clientele visiting the spa town in order to rest and “take the waters”. The result? His coffee was so good that, within a short time, word spread and on Sundays people even came from as far as Florence to enjoy “Signor Ugo’s” fine coffee.
