There was a mismatch on my first online order at Espresso Planet and I ended up receiving someone else's order. However Espresso Planet's staff sorted it out quickly and emailed me even before I got the package. Mistakes happen, no big deal to me, but my surprise was when I finally got my order and saw that they apologized again for the wrong shipment and credited the amount 100% so I basically got my order for free!! Wow, as a first shopping experience I was totally impressed! So they DO care about their customers!

The staff member was very knowledgeable and passionate about your products and services. It was refreshing to learn more than I expected. The service was friendly and 5+ star rated.
