I recently purchased a replacement machine from your store. I wanted to pass on my appreciation to the sales staff for their excellent service and advice....answering all my questions and taking time with me. I also appreciated the service I received from the shipping department....again, he did an awesome job in answering my questions and following up. My experience will keep me coming back!

Sam,
Just a note to record my appreciation of outstanding service in respect of a relatively minor purchase (Espro Toroid v2 frothing pitcher). My questions were responded to in a timely, courteous and informative manner to facilitate my decision (and the order was processed promptly).
Thank you. I will have no hesitation in purchasing from you again, and I can recommend your firm to everyone.

Select your grinder carefully! For espresso, the grinder is at least as important as the espresso machine itself. To make the perfect shot of espresso, a grinder with a large adjustment range is important. Lower cost grinders generally produce dust particles that can negatively influence extraction. Selecting a grinder to make regular coffee is easier as generally a coarser setting is acceptable.
