If I was a Barista pulling shots all day, I would definitely prefer this RW shot glass because of the ergonomic handle and live with the dribbling. Feels good and pours naturally from the hand. If you don't like dribbling all over the counter (I put a plate underneath), the Barista Basic dribbles minimally but the handle is smaller and not as ergonomic even with 3 spouts. Overall, I'd recommend the RW over the BB given the same price.
Just a shout out to customer service for excellent communication and response. There was a minor mix up but was handle promptly and professionally to everyone's satisfaction. CS 5 stars Bravo.
Hi There, As a fellow eCommerce retail store, I just wanted to send a quick thank you for the incredible service on our recent order (I know compliments aren't always easy to come by in retail)! I had purchased a single cup espresso press & coffee grinder yesterday anticipating it would arrive in a week or two's time, and it was magically delivered this morning! The whole office is impressed by your speedy turn around, and really excited to put the new toy to work. Thanks a bunch! --Robin Foster

Thank-you for the product demos and great salesmanship. We love our Rocket Giotto and Baratza Vario grinder. Excellent combo that delivered superb results after a very brief opportunity to develop our skills (the machines were perfect but the new owners needed some adjustment). We appreciated the advice on accessories too! We'll definitely return to Espresso Planet during our next visit to TO. Cheers, P.G.
Select your grinder carefully! For espresso, the grinder is at least as important as the espresso machine itself. To make the perfect shot of espresso, a grinder with a large adjustment range is important. Lower cost grinders generally produce dust particles that can negatively influence extraction. Selecting a grinder to make regular coffee is easier as generally a coarser setting is acceptable.
