Ordered parts in error. They were able to stop the order and instantly credited my account.
Placed a second order but parts did not solve the problem. They took the parts back and issued a credit immediately. I have rarely seen a company so dedicated to customer satisfaction in such an expediant manner.
Top marks in all. categories!!
They make it easy to do business with them.

We had pre-ordered our Philips 3200 LatteGo because it was temporarily back-ordered everywhere. Daniel promptly informed us when it arrived back in stock. We are absolutely thrilled with it! Thank you Anthony and Daniel for your excellent service. We look forward to a long and productive association with Espresso Planet.
P.S. Really enjoying our first bag of your fresh roasted coffee beans!
Select your grinder carefully! For espresso, the grinder is at least as important as the espresso machine itself. To make the perfect shot of espresso, a grinder with a large adjustment range is important. Lower cost grinders generally produce dust particles that can negatively influence extraction. Selecting a grinder to make regular coffee is easier as generally a coarser setting is acceptable.
