Description

Grenadine is by far the most common and versatile sweetener and flavouring in classic bar mixology. Grenadine derives its name from the French word for Pomegranate (Grenade); yet nowadays grenadine does not contain pomegranates. Grenadine is popular behind the bar because it imparts a pleasant red color and sweet, slightly tart taste to several very popular cocktails.

Monin Grenadine presents a red berries flavour with a touch of vanilla and a bright red color ideal in non alcoholic beverages, cocktails and even desserts, marinades, and much more.

Most famous applications include non alcoholic beverages Shirley Temple and Roy Rogers, as well as alcoholic cocktails such as Tequila Sunrise.

Not recommended for use with dairy ingredients
