Monin White and Dark Chocolate were created to enhance and elevate the taste and aroma of premium cafe mochas made with gourmet chocolate sauces. Just add a half ounce or more to your favorite mocha recipe or follow one of the recipes below in order to achieve the ultimate in mocha perfection. Monin Chocolates will elevate your mocha's flavor and aroma to the very highest level. Soon you'll be a true Mocha Zen Master!
 

Monin Ultimate Dark & Steamy

Double shot of espresso
1/2 oz. of Monin Dark Chocolate.
1 oz. of Chocolate Sauce.
6 oz. of Steamed Milk or Half & Half

Pour espresso into warm mug.
Add syrup, sauce and steamed milk and stir.
Top with Monin Mocha flavored whipped cream.

 

Monin Ultimate Dark & Frozen

One shot of espresso, chilled.
1 1/2 oz. of Monin Dark Chocolate.
1/2 oz. of Chocolate Sauce.
4 oz. of Half & Half
1 1/2 Cups Ice

Blend until smooth.
Top with Monin Mocha Flavored whipped cream.
Dust with espresso powder.
