Please note that you do not need to create an account to get the shipping rates for your order but you do need to place all the items you want to order in your cart and enter your address so the system can calculate the charge

Please note Canada Post is experiencing delays (see memo below). We recommend you select UPS as a delivery option if you want your order in a reasonable time.

Take advantage of our free shipping with Canada Post for orders over $20.00 within Canada.
We are introducing free shipping with UPS for orders over $69.00 during this uncertain time period within Canada.
At this time we only use UPS or Canada Post for shipping. Rates are calculated automatically on our site, based on your postal code and the weight of your order. Please do not call for an estimate as the amount will be more accurate online (we would only be able to guess and the online price quoted when you place your order will override any guesses we make over the phone). You will see the amount before you complete your order. If there is an error in the online calculations, of course we will have it corrected.

If you do not select a user name and password, you will not have an account and your information will not be retained. You will see the various options and prices for shipping before you confirm your order.
Shipping is free on most items if you spend $20.00 or more before taxes for destinations within Canada.
Free shipping is not available on Syrups, Sauces or some other Heavy Items as well as on wholesale accounts.

Certain locations, such as the Northern Territories, Yukon, Labrador, Nunavut may be excluded from free shipping.

Trying to place a small and lightweight order and find the UPS shipping charges to Alberta are horrendous. How do I get the free shipping rate on orders over $20.00 - which my order is. |
