Without certain tools, it can be difficult to get the very tight "Fixers" onto the posts. The fixers can be pounded into place with a small plastic-faced hammer or pressed into place by a pair of wide opening pliers.
I came to your store on Saturday December 13 to buy some accessories. I was very impressed with the selections and the customer service. The lady who helped us really know her stuff when it comes to coffee. Thank you and I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.

Thank you for all your patience and help with my coffee maker purchase, I know this has been as frustrating for you as it has me but your customer service is second to none. When I got home yesterday I had a nice surprise.
Sincere thanks Richard
**This customer experienced courier related issues and as the Seller we felt responsible and helped the customer through the claims process. In the end he received the espresso maker.**
