If you’re an espresso lover that can appreciate a quality espresso shot, the Rocket R58 V2 is for you! Handcrafted in Italy, the Rocket R58 is the ultimate luxury commercial espresso machine, that won’t break the bank. Available with a stainless steel finish, it Rocket R58 V2 allows you to choose between a direct water connection and using water from the reservoir. Keep noise to a minimum with the help of the built-in commercial quality rotary pump.

The Rocket R58's have replaced the traditional pressure stat with a PID controller for improved temperature stability. This enables barista's to alter the brewing temperature of their espresso to better suit the characteristics of their chosen blend. The R58 PID is external and removable, this helps maintain the classic design while incorporating a modern convenience.

The classic styling of the R58 is sure to stand out in any environment. The body is made of stainless steel and the knobs are made of heavy duty plastic.

Rocket utilizes the revolutionary E61 group head, enabling users to prepare bar quality espresso from their kitchen.

The Rocket R58 model enable users to choose their desired water source. Users are able to connect their machine's directly to their home water supply or use the supplied water reservoir.

The machine comes with a 5' long braided hose for fresh cold water connection and a 5' long 1/2" DIA silicon hose for drain (optional) connection.

The braided hose comes with a brass adapter on one side featuring a male 3/8" compression fitting. So you can connect a standard dishwasher hose to the end. Drill a 3/4" DIA hole in the counter top of the braided hose to fit thru.

The silicon hose kinks easily, so we recommend to drill at least a 2" hole in your counter top, pending the thickness.

The R58 is the only Rocket model that utilizes a true double boiler system. One proprietary boiler holds hot water for coffee and tea while the second proprietary boiler holds steam from frothing. This allows users to froth milk while brewing espresso for considerable time saving while maintaing temperature stability. The double boiler system gives users the advantage of access to high volumes of boiled water. This feature is beneficial to tea and americano drinkers or high output users.

With the addition of the new pump pressure gauge barista's are able to accurately monitor their pump pressure during extraction. The traditional boiler pressure gauge is monitored to ensure the boiler reaches the ideal brewing temperature.

Rocket help's create a safe working environment for any barista with their Thermo-Insulated wand's. These wand's will get hot, but not as fast as traditional un-insulated wand's.

All Rocket models have built in cup warmers located on the top of the machine's. Having a hot cup is an essential component to brewing perfect espressos. Porcelain is stone and naturally cold, thus using a cold cup steals heat from the espresso and impairs the flavour of your shot. The surrounding cup rack is removable enabling users with height restrictions greater flexibility. For the R58 the cup warmer tray is all metal.

The R58 comes with a commercial style rotary pump. The benefits of rotary pumps include ultra quiet operation and long lasting durability.

All Rocket machines come with a removable 2.9L smart reservoir. What makes them smart? Rocket has designed the reservoir to sense the level of water in the machine. Once the machine is low on water the "on" light will flash indicating time to refill the reservoir.

Rocket's starter kit comes with everything you'll need to make perfect espresso's and latte's right out of the box. The machine comes with: 1 rocket branded tamper, 1 single cup handle and portafilter, 1 dual cup handle and portafilter, 1 blind portafilter for cleaning, 1 micro fiber cleaning cloth, 1 cup rack, 1 instruction manual, 1 group brush & 1 scoop.
