My Starbucks Barista was leaking out of the steam wand which is now fixed because of this. The old spring was weak. The gasket was filthy when I removed it. Also the screen is much better now.
I visited your store during your one year anniversary at your new location. I have worked in customer service for 20 plus years and it takes a lot to impress me. The staff member was very knowledgeable and passionate about your products and services. It was refreshing to learn more than I expected. The service was friendly and 5+ star rated. I purchased a Saeco machine as a Christmas present. The receiver is very happy with the product. I will be recommending your business to everyone I know. Great training and great staff!
