Its PID controller even has a built in shot timer. The PID controls and displays coffee boiler temperature. The Silvano is equipped with a thermoblock for producing steam. The thermoblock allows for unlimited steam and can be turned off independently from the coffee boiler to conserve energy. With the Silvano you can steam milk and make coffee at the same time.
