I went to Espresso Planet to browse a few Espresso machines. The store has so many variety!!! Rene was very patient in answering all my "newbie" questions in the world of espresso.

Description

Replacement Glass Rinser is a star shaped piece made of stainless steel and is more durable than plastic versions of this part. Used on both pitcher risers and drip trays equipped with glass rinser feature. Rubber sleeves (or booties) cushion glass and provide a barrier and minimize direct metal to glass contact.

Used by inverting glass and pressing down on star plate to engage the water jets to rinse the inside of the glass before pouring customer beverage.
