I've had this espresso machine for just about a year and for an entry level machine I think it beats just about everything in this price range for features and style. If you are like me and have limited counter space this is the machine for you. When you look at the accessories and compare to other machines you realize that this is a huge bonus. PS. Do not scrip on a grinder, do yourself a favour and get a grinder capable of real espresso grinding.

There was a mismatch on my first online order at Espresso Planet and I ended up receiving someone else's order. However Espresso Planet's staff sorted it out quickly and emailed me even before I got the package. Mistakes happen, no big deal to me, but my surprise was when I finally got my order and saw that they apologized again for the wrong shipment and credited the amount 100% so I basically got my order for free!! Wow, as a first shopping experience I was totally impressed! So they DO care about their customers!

Espresso cups and saucers with subtle "Jura" logo on the top centre of the saucer in same white as the porcelain.

As black as night, as hot as fire, and crowned with a nutty crema - this is how a real espresso should be. When it is served in an elegant espresso cup, your enjoyment will start long before the first sip. This espresso cup was created by the famous designer Wolfgang Jönsson exclusively for JURA.
