Synopsis: Make use of your coffee machine with this delicious coffee related recipe.
Cafe au Lait Pudding |
Ingredients
- 1 package Jell-O Brand Vanilla Instant pudding
- 1 package Jell-O Brand Chocolate Instant pudding
- 3 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 cup strong coffee/pressure brew coffee
- Whipped cream

Preparation Time
20 minutes
Method
- Follow the direction on the package for preparing the vanilla pudding: add 2 cups of cold milk and pudding mix in a bowl and whisk for 2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl prepare the chocolate pudding as follows: add 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of chilled coffee and pudding mix in a bowl and whisk for 2 minutes.
- Transfer 4 tbsp of the vanilla and 4 tbsp of the chocolate pudding to a third bowl. Add 2 more tbsp of chilled coffee to this bowl. Whisk together. It should appear a few shades lighter than the chocolate pudding colour. Spoon into a tall latte glass and top with whipped cream and decorations. Repeat for remaining pudding. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
