Instructions:

**For Brewing or Dispensing Vessels**

1.  **1.** Add 30 ml of Clearly Cold per 4 gallons of water in vessel to be cleaned.
2.  **2.** Soak for up to 15 minutes.
3.  **3.** Drain solution.
4.  **4.** Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
5.  **5\.** Complete sanitizing step using Complete Café.

For Use with Keg Systems

-   **1.** Add 30 ml of Clearly Cold per 4 gallons of water.
-   **2\.** Mix solution in vessel to be cleaned.
-   **3.** Soak for up to 15 minutes.
-   **4\.** Flush the solution through the line.
-   **5.** Flush the line twice with clean water.
-   **6\.** Complete sanitizing step using Complete Café.
