The story of the Toddy Cold Brew System begins
in 1964 when Todd Simpson, after graduating as a chemical engineering student
at Cornell, tasted a cup of coffee created with a liquid concentrate made by an
ancient Peruvian process.
Inspired, he developed and patented The Toddy,
a cold brew system that creates a superior-tasting cup of STEAMING HOT coffee.
And, with 67% less acid than hot brewed coffee, it's easier on sensitive
stomachs.
Toddy-made is also delicious served iced cold.
Several leading coffee and tea houses, including Seattle's Best, Barnie's,
Gloria Jean's and several hundred others throughout the world, have used
Toddy's cold brew coffee system to develop and make their best-selling iced
coffee drinks.
In addition to the original Toddy, the Fort
Collins-based, family-run business offers Toddy coffee beans and tea leaves and
supplies Toddy Cold Brew Systems commercial models to leading coffee and tea
houses throughout the world.
