While I was certain of what equipment I wanted to purchase, the Rancilio Silva MV and a Rancilio Rocky grinder, I wanted to look at a number of options including automatic machines to compare. When we finally decided on the Rancilio Silva, out sales associate got us fully equipped with the machinery and accessories. Espresso Planet offers a start up package with some of their espresso makers, which was a great added value. She told us how to use and maintain the espresso and grinder machines. My wife and I were very pleased with both the service and the equipment we purchased. They also roast and sell their own coffee, which we have sampled and absolutely love! I am very happy with my purchase as well as the purchasing experience.

I highly recommend Espresso Planet to anyone buying an espresso machine or any other types of coffee making equipment. I travelled all the way from Whitby just to purchase the machine there. It was time and effort well spent.
