Unfortunately our Showroom is closed again (Peel Grey Lockdown Zone)! Please Read our Curbside FAQ guidelines so you can be prepared before you visit us and find out about alternate shopping options at our store.

Yes, our Store is Open Again - Looking forward seeing you all again.

Limited access at 25% capacity. Please don't come in large groups.

We continue to offer the following services:

  • Curbside pickup at Door B of your online, phone or email orders.
  • Curbside Pickup of your repaired appliances.
  • Curbside drop of for your appliances requiring service (by appointment only).
  • Online, email and phone customer support
  • Field service support of our commercial customers

We have plenty of parking spaces right in front of the pick up door.

If you are a commercial customers (food service or office coffee) please email or call us with your order so we can have it ready for you upon arrival. If you want to see our commercial machines, please make an appointment.

Thank you for your understanding and supporting local businesses.

Temporary store hours:

Monday to Wednesday  10AM to 4PM
Thursday and Friday      10AM to 6PM

Saturday 11AM to 4PM

Sunday CLOSED

Please book an appointment at https://espressoplanet.setmore.com/  to drop off your Espresso Machine or Grinder for repair.

Our commercial equipment and parts department are closed Saturdays.

Please note, masks are now mandatory inside Retail Stores including our store in Mississauga, effective July 10th, 2020.

Please wear a mask when entering our store.

Here is everything you need to know before visiting our store and deciding if in person shopping is the right choice for you:
  • The store will have 25% capacity at a time. As a result, there is chance you may have to queue outdoors for a period of time, so please come prepared for this possibility. There will be distance stickers on the outside windows to indicate proper distancing for the queue.
  • We are asking that you do not bring your children with you, nor more then 2 people from the same household.
  • No use of washrooms at any time, as we are choosing to respect our staff's safety and keep them reserved for staff only.
  • We have a condensed accessible stock area which will be stocked with our most popular quick pick up items (coffee, cleaning supplies, capsules, etc.). If you are looking for any other item not on the shelves, we would be happy to grab it for you.
  • We ask that you keep questions short and simple out of respect for the safety of our staff. If you have any questions about products, need help with a previous purchase or are looking for advice and recommendations, please call or email our customer service team.
  • We ask that you wear a mask if you are able, and please refrain from visiting us if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19.
  • Our washroom is closed to the public.

We do recommend considering if ordering on our website is better suited for your needs before coming by for a visit, as we offer free shipping on orders over $30 and are happy to answer any questions over the phone or by email.

Curbside Pick Up:

We continue to offer Curbside Pick Up for your convenience between 11am and 4pm on MON to FRI. Please place your order online and select Curbside Pick Up as your shipping preference. Wait for a  confirmation email letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. Park your car on the west side of our store along Tomken near the Door with the Pink Dot. Call us once you parked your car for instructions. Please have your order ID available.

Curbside Drop Off for Equipment Repair:

We do offer Curbside Drop Off for Espresso Machine repairs between 11am and 4pm on MON to FRI. Please contact us via email or make a "Repair Drop Off" appointment at https://espressoplanet.setmore.com/ so we can send you detailed instructions.
