The Stile (and yes, it's pronounced " stee-lay") is an ultra-compact and quiet coffee grinder capable of grinding precisely for any brew method. Its small footprint and sleek design add a modern aesthetic to any coffee bar while two dispensing modes and an easy-to-use touch screen interface make it a joy to work with.

The combination of precise 58mm flat burrs and a micrometric adjustment collar make it easy to achieve both espresso and drip coffee grind sizes. Two timed doses are programmable in both modes, keeping your coffee brewing ritual flexible and customizable. The Stile’s hopper holds approximately 300 g, which is the perfect size for a retail bag of coffee at home or dialing in a special roast.

On demand with two programmable doses

Two doses are always available, for single and doubles, with the option of setting a third dose for the continuous button as well.

Touchscreen

Program the doses straight from the touchscreen. The timer on the display shows the time of the last brewing and the maintenance icon lights up when it is time to replace the burrs.

Micrometric adjustment

Adjust the grinding degree by turning the ring nut on both sides of the grinder-doser.

Hands-free operation

The practical, height-adjustable Hands-Free fork allows you to attach the portafilter and start grinding with a single touch.

Quick Start Guide

Meet the Stile: a compact, quiet, and precise grinder from Rancilio. It’s equipped with multiple dispensing modes to fit your personal coffee setup.

Choose a dispensing mode to get started!

• ACTIVATION BY KEYPAD MODE: Use the touchscreen to start grinding by tapping the Single or Double dose presets, or grind continuously by tapping the Continuous button.
• ACTIVATION BY PORTAFILTER MODE: Insert the portafilter to start grinding. Tap to select Single or Double dose presets or tap the Continuous button to select continuous grinding.

SWITCHING DISPENSING MODES

• Hold the Continuous button and one of the dose buttons (or) until both icons blink 3 times.
• In Activation by Portafilter mode, the dose buttons will only be visible when they are selected.

SETTING DOSE PRESETS

• Hold the dose button (or) you want to edit.
• Use the + and - buttons to adjust the dose time.

PAUSING A DOSE IN KEYPAD MODE

• Tapping the Continuous button in Keypad mode will pause your dose.
• Tap the same button again to resume.

PAUSING A DOSE IN PORTAFILTER MODE

• Removing the portafilter (so that the button isn’t pressed) will pause the dose.
• Reinsert the portafilter to resume.

ADJUSTING GRIND SIZE

• To change the grind size, turn the adjustment ring.
• Turn clockwise to make the grind coarser and counterclockwise to make the grind finer.
• The grinder should be running while adjustments are being made.
• The simplest way to do this is with continuous grinding in Keypad mode.

CLEANING GUIDELINES

• Remove hopper by extending the shutter and wash it with soap and water.
• Use a soft brush to remove old grounds and wipe the outside of the unit with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning solution if needed.
