Excellent product. Now we can get good quality espressos whenever we want! No more searching for not so good shot of espresso during road trips! I recommend buying handpresso cups as well since they fit perfectly with the machine and avoid hot coffee spills (the machine comes with one cup). I’ve been using plastic pods with no issues whatsoever. I wish I had bought it before! A truly revolutionary product for road & coffee lovers around!

There was a mismatch on my first online order at Espresso Planet and I ended up receiving someone else's order. However Espresso Planet's staff sorted it out quickly and emailed me even before I got the package. Mistakes happen, no big deal to me, but my surprise was when I finally got my order and saw that they apologized again for the wrong shipment and credited the amount 100% so I basically got my order for free!!
