I've had this espresso machine for just about a year and for an entry level machine I think it beats just about everything in this price range for features and style. If you are like me and have limited counter space this is the machine for you. When you look at the accessories and compare to other machines you realize that this is a huge bonus.
PS. Do not scrip on a grinder, do yourself a favour and get a grinder capable of real espresso grinding.
Thank you very much for your help. We've done as you suggested, and are now producing very nice coffee. We need to orders some spare gaskets, and learn more about what we need to do to maintain our fun coffee toy.
Kind regards, Mark U.S.
