Description

Our Espresso is a unique blend of coffee made from selected Central American and Indonesian coffee beans, as well as South American varieties. The cup has a complex array of subtle notes ranging from fruity to nutty with just a hint of sweetness and a thick full crema top layer. We designed this blend for Super Automatic Espresso Machines where extraction times typically are less then 20 seconds. This Blend develops after 15 seconds extraction already. If you can, enable pre-brewing on you machine for best results.

  • French roast, slightly oily surface ideal for super automatic espresso machines to not clog your grinder
  • Locally Roasted in Mississauga
  • Recommended for Espresso
  • Blend of Arabica and Robusta
  • Tasting notes: Full bodied, balanced acidity, semi-sweet chocolate, roasted nut, fig
  • The bags feature "one-way-valves", also known as "vacuum valves", sealing the aroma for freshness.
  • Bags also now feature a zipper seal for reclosure!
  • Ideal extraction time: 15s to 30s
